Summary:

This presentation will introduce best practices derived from six years of customer feedback.  Case studies will be used including a no-cagewash 26,000 cage facility, to provide a step-by-step guide to implementing disposable caging.  The information presented will include process flow charts, key performance metrics, storage requirements, cage change protocols, material flow recommendations and an overview of cage recycling.  Support services you should expect from disposable caging vendors ranging from inventory monitoring to logistics support to closed loop recycling will also be explored.

About the Speaker:

  As President and COO of Innovive, Inc. Jim has been involved in the implementation of disposable caging at over 100 facilities worldwide since 2005, including several large new-construction projects.  Jim holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
