TurnKey 2007: Construction, flexibility and looking ahead

Several hundred professionals gathered in Boston, Mass. Last week to discuss, compare notes and talk with their colleagues about advancing the laboratory animal facility industry.

"Bigger" and "more diverse" were some of the ways attendees described the 2007 TurnKey Conference.

“There’s a couple of things that happen at a show like this,” said Dan Palmer of Art’s-Way Scientific. “First of all you get the opportunity to see people that you’ve done business with, that are staying up with what’s going on in the industry so you get the chance to see some clients, and they get the chance to see you.”

Several participants said they noticed the growth of the show over the years, with this year’s conference appearing to be the largest gathering yet.
