Mike Hays is director of the Online Center at STERIS. He is responsible for all STERIS remote services, including equipment monitoring, phone and web-based technical support, and e-commerce. Hays has more than ten years of experience in various marketing and service roles and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
