As President and COO of Innovive Inc, Jim Fallon has been involved in the implementation of disposable caging at over 100 facilities worldwide since 2005, including several large new-construction projects. Prior to joining Innovive, Jim has 20 years experience implementing new technologies, facilitating process change and helping his customers realize value. He’s led companies in the software and telecommunication industries and was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.
